In 1993, the founders discovered a pristine 150-acre stretch of untouched land in Wayanad. Within this lush landscape stood six row houses where coffee plantation workers lived with no electricity, lit only by kerosene lamps. Over time, friends and families became enchanted by the impeccable beauty of the place, sparking the idea to share this hidden gem with the world.

Preserving the environment is our foundational core; cottages and villas are carefully placed to completely avoid cutting down trees. We proudly embrace a ‘no TV, no AC, limited network’ approach—allowing guests to fall in love with a true digital detox and build a profound, unfiltered connection to nature.
